Before you jump on the coffee train, realize that not all facts about coffee consumption are positive. To be sure, drinking coffee can also cause heartburn, indigestion, jitters, insomnia, and caffeine addiction.

Do you even like coffee? If you’re just planning on imbibing for the health benefits, skip it; there are plenty of other ways to increase longevity. If you like the taste of coffee and want to start drinking it, limit yourself to one to two cups per day; drinking more than that can lead to caffeine addiction and subsequent problems.
